  • Service Not Delivered: If you have paid for a service that was not delivered as outlined in our agreement or proposal.
  • Incorrect Service Delivery: If the service provided does not match the description of the service you purchased.
  • Cancellations: If a request for service cancellation is made before the service has commenced or within a specified cooling-off period (if applicable).

 

Non-Refundable Services

Please note that the following services or products are non-refundable:

  • Digital products or downloadable content that have already been accessed or delivered
  • Services that have already been completed or substantially commenced
  • Consultation fees, once the session has been conducted
  • Any custom or personalized services that were specifically tailored to your requirements

 

Refund Request Procedure

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit a Refund Request: Send an email to acumentor.co@gmail.com  or contact us through our customer service team within 14 days of the service delivery or payment.
  2. Provide Details: Include the reason for your refund request, along with any relevant documentation, such as receipts or proof of service delivery.
  3. Review Process: Once we receive your request, we will review it and assess whether it qualifies under our refund policy. We will notify you of the outcome within 7 business days.
 

Processing Time for Refunds

If your refund is approved, the funds will be returned via your original method of payment. Refunds may take between 7 to 14 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Partial Refunds

In certain cases, Acumentor Consulting Sdn Bhd may issue a partial refund for services that have been partially rendered or for reasons at the discretion of the management.
